From March 25, a State of Emergency (PE) is being introduced in certain oblasts and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic! In this regard, the administration of the AIU announces that:

1) The AIU is closed for quarantine.

2) If the student has the my.alatoo.edu.kg system closed, then there is a debt in tuition fee payment. You need to pay the debt for the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 academic year.

3) Payment of tuition fee is accepted through the bank (bank details are attached).

Moreover, tuition fee payment is accepted in accountant office (A-110) every working day at 9-13 hours.

5)  From March 23 until the end of the emergency mode, all work will go distantly online. The study process also continues online.   

Dear lecturers, representatives of the AIU staff and students!
From March 25 to April 15, a state of emergency is introduced in Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad, in Nookat, Kara-Suu districts of Osh region, as well as in Suzak district of Jalal-Abad region!
The state of emergency states certain rules and restrictions on the freedoms of citizens of Kyrgyzstan, as well as foreign citizens! A curfew is introduced from 20:00 to 07:00 hours every day starting from 25th of March till 15th  of April. Curfew violators will be punished! Therefore, we urge you to strictly follow all the rules established by the emergency mode! In case of any symptoms of COVID-19 (including dry cough, fever, chills), we kindly ask you to immediately contact an ambulance by phone 103! Do not go to hospitals by yourself without permission! 
We urge you to strictly keep up the quarantine regime! 
Stay at home! 
Do not go out into the streets without extreme need! 
Do not organize holidays, do not host guests and do not become guests yourselves!
 If we self-isolate ourselves, then the virus will bypass! 
Take care of yourselves and your families and be in good health!
